Full Time Employee Model

When you choose this model, you get a dedicated team or individual to work exclusively on your project. This model allows you to have direct involvement in the delivery of the project.

  • Get full time staff with at least the similar skill set (if not better) as onsite staff at 35% of the local costs.
  • Dedicated team. Billed at the end of the month.
  • No employee hiring or management costs.
  • Ideal for accountancy practices that have large volumes of work to outsource, have standardized processes and have a measurable service level requirement.

Pay-As-You-Go (Ad-hoc) Model

Most flexible model with no long term commitment. It’s a PAYG model where customers can effectively utilise our services when they need/want to.

  • Pay for as much as you use. Billed at the end of the month
  • Most flexible engagement model. No need to sign long term minimum contractual engagements
  • Easy to manage work overflow & add flexible capacity
  • Ideal for accountancy practices who have seasonal requirements

Block of hours Model

This is the service in which instead of getting a full time employee, customers can buy hours in advance.

  • Good way to start the relationship
  • No fixed commitment & no delays in terms of quoting for a price & then agreeing it, and then getting the work done
  • This model is similar to the Ad-hoc model but here, you can buy pre-paid blocks of hours (1200, 2400, 3600 annual hours) with an attractive volume-based discount
  • Hours never expire

Work Process

Sign SLA

An SLA will be signed to outline all of the contracted services and their agreed-upon expected reliability into a single document. They clearly state metrics, responsibilities and expectations so that, in the event of issues with the service, neither party can plead ignorance.

Work Platform

We can work on your servers by connecting to your computer via remote desktop access or VPN OR via the cloud. The employees at Effective accountancy access the cloud and documents the same way as the staff of the firm and work is processed based on the information given.

Upload Jobs

The client uploads all the necessary data on their server or the cloud for the job to commence.

Our Working

The accountant will then proceed to share the inputs as agreed upon. This is typically done over the cloud, or via access to the client’s own server. The team validates the data, and seeks additional info, if required, following which the data moves to India via secure, encrypted electronic means.

Finalize Worksheet

The Team in India completes the task within the deadlines fixed at the outset. An exhaustive process of cross-checking and validation is carried out after which the completed task is then despatched via secure and encrypted electronic means to the client.

Client Review

Upon receiving the completed task, the client goes through the workings and suggest any changes or queries that they might have.

Final Workings

Once everything is complete, and all changes, if any are done, the task is finalized and delivered upon as per criteria agreed upon earlier. Any additional information whenever sought is as per a set protocol, with identified resources and an agreed upon method that can be validated for better security.
